Vehen Kemotaine

Vehan Kemotaine is a human warlord and the leader of the Red Dragon faction in Rasteria.

Kemotaine was born in Barhen, a rural community in Rasteria. Located on the foothills of the Dravidian mountains, Barhen was a mining community. Kemotaine was put to work in the gold mines at the age of six.
